Site SAP Core Implementation Manager (alle Geschlechter)
Manufacturing Systems Technology (MST) is responsible for the coordination and implementation of operational and information technology systems (OT/IT) in the shopfloor area. In the role of Site SAP Core Implementation Manager, you are the central interface to the functional departments of the Product Supply organization at the Bergkamen and Berlin-Charlottenburg sites.
As the Site SAP Core Implementation Manager (all genders) , you work closely with the SAP Core Implementation Team to ensure the specific requirements and adjustments for the implementation of the SAP Core system at each site. The implementation takes place in a regulated environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which means that processes and systems are subject to strict quality and safety standards to ensure product quality.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You take on the operational management and oversight of programs and are responsible for risk management
- You coordinate the SAP Core Implementation Team and initiate necessary adjustments in accordance with SAP Core processes and the requirements of operational and information technology (OT/IT)
- You are the central contact person for SAP Core at the Bergkamen and Berlin-Charlottenburg sites and are responsible for cross-site alignment and coordination
- You plan and coordinate all local activities in operational and information technology (OT/IT) as well as processes and ensure that they comply with global SAP Core standards
- You ensure that new SAP Core business processes are suitable in terms of feasibility, effectiveness, and efficiency, and drive escalations and changes when necessary
- You plan, coordinate, and carry out the transformation from the existing OT/IT landscape to the new SAP Core landscape – including pre-go-live readiness checks, system health checks, and end-user readiness assessments
- You identify risks and issues during the preparation phase, develop appropriate mitigation measures, and escalate in a timely manner when necessary
WHO YOU ARE
- You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor/Master) in computer science or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in project or program management, ideally in the area of Product Supply
- You have in-depth knowledge of regulated environments (GMP) as well as a very good understanding of cross-functional processes and operational/information technology (OT/IT)
- You possess deep IT expertise, especially in the integration of IT and OT systems in the shopfloor area. Knowledge of SAP Core and system landscapes is an advantage
- You are able to reduce complex requirements to their essential information, handle conflicts confidently, and demonstrate strong assertiveness as well as excellent planning and organizational skills. Experience in change management is desirable
- You are a communicative team player with strong coordination skills
- You bring strong planning and organizational abilities
- You are willing to work regularly on-site in Bergkamen and have a travel readiness of approximately 10%, especially for coordination at the Berlin-Charlottenburg site
- Your fluent German and very good English skills in both written and spoken form complete your profile
