YOUR MISSION AND LEARNING JOURNEY

• Collaborate with senior process managers to analyze and interpret supply chain data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in planning and implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Test and evaluate cutting-edge digital tools and technologies, providing insights that help shape our supply chain strategies
• Participate in cross-functional projects, gaining exposure to various aspects of supply chain operations and management
• Contribute to the development of reports and presentations that communicate your findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops, enhancing your skills and understanding of supply chain excellence
• Network with professionals across the organization, building valuable connections that will benefit your future career

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with digital tools and technologies; experience with data analysis / coding software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Python) is a plus
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas in an engaging manner
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Team player attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Previous experience in a supply chain or analytical role is a bonus, but not required—enthusiasm and a desire to learn are what matter most!
