
Compliance & Integrity Manager
The Position
Join our dynamic Global Compliance & Integrity Animal Health team as a Compliance & Integrity Manager with a strong focus on operational excellence, data, digitalization, and AI enablement.
In this role, you will help shape and continuously improve the way compliance is delivered across Animal Health by driving simpler, more standardized, data enabled, and scalable processes. You will translate compliance requirements into practical workflows, high quality content, meaningful insights, and AI ready use cases that enable efficient execution, self-service guidance, and transparent oversight.
Business partnering with Animal Health stakeholders in the corporate function as well as with our local colleagues complements the role.
This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2-3 days per week on site.
How you‘ll make a difference
- You will drive operational excellence across Compliance & Integrity Animal Health by simplifying, standardizing, and continuously improving key compliance processes, workflows, guidance, and ways of working, while identifying opportunities to leverage digital tools, data insights, and AI-enabled solutions.
- By translating compliance requirements into practical, scalable, and user-centric solutions, you will develop standards, guidance, and training that enable efficient execution across global, regional, and local teams.
- In this role, you will help shape the data- and AI-enabled future of compliance by creating structured, high-quality content and data foundations that support self-service guidance, automation, analytics, and recurring compliance activities.
- Working across functions and geographies, you will lead or contribute to global compliance projects and transformation initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency, harmonization, governance, and sustainable implementation.
- Together with local Compliance & Integrity teams, legal experts, global functions, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that new processes and solutions are practical, risk-based, and aligned with business needs.
- As a trusted compliance business partner for selected Animal Health Corporate Functions, you will provide pragmatic guidance on interactions with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, healthcare organizations, farmers, pet owners, and other external partners.
- Supporting the Head of Compliance & Integrity Animal Health, you will advance global collaboration, governance, and harmonization efforts while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- Master’s degree or equivalent; a background in law, business administration, compliance, data, digital transformation, process management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience and a proven track record in compliance, process improvement, operational excellence, data analytics, digital transformation, or AI-enabled business solutions, ideally in a global pharmaceutical, healthcare, animal health, or similarly regulated environment
- Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical processes, controls, guidance, and digital solutions
- Good understanding of compliance programs, risk management, governance, monitoring, reporting, and documentation; compliance business partnering experience is a plus
- Strong interest in data, digital tools, AI, automation, and continuous improvement, with the ability to identify value-adding use cases
- Proven project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and deliver results in an international environment
- Strong analytical mindset, structured way of working, and ability to connect operational details with broader strategic priorities
- Excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working constructively
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
