Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst

The Position

Become part of our international team and take the lead for Supply Chain Management (SCM) in data-driven projects, impactful use cases and the implementation of AI. Collaborate closely with your SCM colleagues and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation and develop scalable tools. 

This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2 days per week on site.

Tasks & responsibilities

You take the lead in evaluating SCM business challenges and identifying opportunities where digital solutions, data analytics, and AI can create measurable value for Global SCM.
As Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst, you drive the digital transformation of our SCM processes and ensure strategic alignment across the global organization.
You act as the key interface between SCM and IT, translating complex business requirements into technically feasible solutions — leveraging your strong understanding of data architectures, digital tools, and modern technology platforms.
Furthermore, you define business requirements for dashboards, data models, and automation tools, ensuring usability, process fit, and global scalability while working closely with IT experts during implementation.
You identify innovative digital and AI technologies that can elevate SCM performance and assess their feasibility, impact, and integration into existing systems.
Finally, you collaborate closely with SCM colleagues and IT stakeholders to ensure advanced technologies are implemented effectively and deliver sustainable business impact.

Requirements

Master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field – alternatively: equivalent professional experience 
Several years of experience in SCM combined with strong IT expertise in data analytics and digital technologies
Proficiency with analytics and data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, AI) and familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
Ability to translate SCM business needs into technical solutions and proactively steer the digital transformation of our Supply Chain as the key interface between SCM and IT.
Strong project management and leadership skills with experience in global, cross-functional environments 
Fluency in English; German is desirable but not mandatory 
Combine analytical thinking with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
