Working Student (m/f/x)
DSE Oncology Business Excellence & Omnichannel Team
– Limited to 12 months/ 20h per week –
Munich / Hybrid

As a Working Student, you will be a fully integrated team member of the Oncology Business Excellence & Omnichannel team at Daiichi Sankyo Europe. This role is designed to support the Regional Commercial team in laying the foundation for key omnichannel and business excellence processes, systems, and structures across Europe. You will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives during a critical phase of team set-up and launch readiness.

Key responsibilities:

•    Assist in the implementation of key business excellence and omnichannel initiatives, including content management, process streamlining, platform rollouts, and support with data analysis and insights.
•    Coordinate cross-functional and affiliate-facing activities including gathering & collating feedback during the rollout of new tools and processes.
•    Maintain internal communication platforms and documentation, ensuring content is well-organized and workflows are consistently tracked (e.g., via SharePoint or MS Teams).

Professional experience and personal skills:

•    Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in digital and analytics.
•    Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with initial experience or interest in the pharmaceutical industry (commercial or digital focus preferred).
•    Structured and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks independently.
•    Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); fluency in written and spoken English is required.
