Summary
The (Senior) Brand Manager Dermatology (m/f/d) plays a key role in shaping and expanding Incyte’s dermatology portfolio in Germany, with a particular focus on the growth of our Vitiligo business and preparation for future product launches. This is a high-impact role for a skilled marketing expert who is ready to take ownership, contribute strategically, and make a visible difference in a fast-evolving therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic brand planning and tactical execution for Vitiligo and support future launch preparations in dermatology
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory to ensure coordinated brand activities and readiness
- Support the development of the Country Marketing Plan and ensure alignment with strategic imperatives
- Participate in market research initiatives and translate insights into actionable marketing tactics
- Monitor competitor activities and support the collection and analysis of market intelligence
- Develop and optimize promotional materials and tools for the field force
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant deliverables
- Support the organization of congress activities, including booth presence and symposia.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
- Demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and a proactive mindset in managing change and ambiguity
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales, ideally with exposure to dermatology or immunology
- Experience in brand management, product launches, or lifecycle marketing
- University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Business or related
- Solid understanding of dermatology market dynamics and customer needs
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfort with ambiguity and change, and ability to adapt in evolving environments
- Motivation to grow and expand responsibilities over time
- Ability and willingness to travel from time to time
- Strong team player
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
