We are searching for the best talent for our Administrative Assistant (m/w/d) position, to provide administrative support to a group of directors within our Research department.

Key Functions :

  • Schedule and coordinates meetings, secure conference rooms, and special events, as needed.
  • Assist with booking flights/hotels and complete expense reports, as necessary.
  • Provide additional administrative support to leaders, as needed.
  • Other project support as assigned.

Key Skills/Experience :

  • 2-3 years of professional experience required.
  • High School graduate or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred.
  • Expertise with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) required.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Ability to be forward thinking, anticipate needs and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in German and English
