Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a GS Finance Solutions & Innovation Senior Manager , based on multiple locations supporting GS ATR, ITC and Compliance scope. This role is a Duration Based, severance eligible position, lasting approximately 18-24 months supporting the MedTech Ortho separation.

The GS FS&I Senior Manager supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects.
The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines
Key Responsibilities:

Support GS Finance to execute FS&I projects according to the project strategy and milestones

Partner effectively with key stakeholders across different functions, including external consulting companies involved on FS&I projects

Responsible for communication of project status to all project stakeholders and senior leadership. Communication includes project meeting minutes, monthly updates and any status or project detail information needed

Lead, support and engage the GS FS&I team members, providing valuable feedback and guidance
-
Lead the review and analysis of the P&L and Balance Sheet related to the divested or acquired business

Ensure accuracy on carve-in/out process to support the preparation of “stand alone company” financial statements

Ensure effective change and risk management of project plans
-
Drive accountability to ensure delivering project specific financial commitments, key milestones and outcomes
Qualifications:
Education:
-
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
-
Advanced degree or professional certifications such as MBA/Master’s, CMA, CPA, etc. is preferred.
Required:
-
A minimum of 7+ years of finance, accounting, credit & collection, finance compliance or related business experience is required
-
Prior supervisory experience with passion for people management/talent development is required.

Expertise on accounting, credit & collections, finance compliance process/cycles knowledge
-
Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel / Power Point
-
Advanced level of written and oral English

Strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, dealing with ambiguity, process-oriented mindset is required

Preferred:
-
Experience either managing or participating in a complex global project is preferred.

Knowledge and application of technical accounting and financial compliance is preferred.
