Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst BUF Operations for the Heart Recovery franchise based in our Aachen, Germany location
The Senior Financial Analyst BUF Operations will act as strategic finance partner to the EMEA Quality and Facilities departments based in EMEA/Aachen. This position will ensure accurate financials, will lead planning and forecasting activities with the business in line with strategic priorities and will provide actionable financial insights through the development and delivery of performance reporting and analysis.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be part of the Heart Recovery Supply Chain and Operations Finance organization and will partner closely with regional finance partners to consolidate a global roll-up for Heart Recovery.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform and coordinate annual budgeting process, forecast updates, latest thinking, and actual reporting with the business, in alignment with overall Supply Chain Finance calendar.

Own cost center budget vs. actual analytics including P&L, capex and headcount with respective regional business leaders; this includes developing commentary with business input, providing council and influencing decision making and action planning to adhere to target commitments.

Contribute as BUF partner in cross-functional projects in area of Quality & Facilities, through evaluation of capital and operating expense requirements and related business case assessment e.g. network optimization.

Support the preparation and submission of Capital Appropriation Request (“CAR”) for Facilities or Quality, in line with JNJ policy

Lead lease in-take process through coordination with business partners and EP&S.

Manage occupancy cost allocations in actual and budget processes.

Partner with regional finance team members to consolidate a global view of actuals and forecast for the Heart Recovery Quality and Facilities functions.

Participate in process improvement projects running across broader Supply Chain & Ops finance team.

Document desktop procedures, standard operating procedures to ensure a robust financial control environment and end-to-end process governance.

Lead CREDO, Org Health, DE&I, Talent initiatives to foster collaboration, personal & professional growth and serve the communities in which we live and work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance Accounting or related field is required.

A minimum 4 years of experience within finance required.

Experience working with US GAAP is preferred.

Intellectual curiosity and confidence to operate autonomously, with minimal direct supervision is required.

Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to quickly adapt to use of new systems and tools are required.

Ability to think strategically and connect optimally with upper management is required.

Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills are required.

Excellent interpersonal, as well as both oral and written communication skills are required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 62.500,00 to 97.865,00 EUR.
