Your Role

As the Director of Orals Development/Early Stage, you will lead a team of approximately 15 pharmaceutical scientists and experts, overseeing the development of oral candidates in our discovery pipeline. Your primary responsibilities include generating intellectual property, fostering continuous education, and enhancing capabilities within your team. You will also manage the manufacturing of clinical drug products in our GMP pilot plant and drive the identification and establishment of technologies aligned with our pipeline needs, such as Continuous Manufacturing. By leveraging cutting-edge pharmaceutical science, you will pioneer innovations in oral dosage forms, propelling our candidates toward Phase 1.

Who You Are

• Over 10 years of industry experience in drug product development, focusing on preformulation and solid orals.

• Proven experience in GMP manufacturing of solid oral dosage forms.

• Comprehensive expertise spanning from discovery through clinical development.

• Over 10 years of scientific program management experience in drug development.

• Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex scientific concepts effectively.

• A passion for innovation and capability building in pharmaceutical sciences.

• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of professionals.
