Your Role:
Your will define and set strategic vision and target outcomes for the technology organization that best creates business value. You will work closely with the CIO together to align and execute the strategic vision and ensure a suitable governance. Part of your Key responsibilities are: Provide strategic advice to the CIO on governance topics to ensure effective decision-making; Define and maintain Governance frameworks for the organization. Manage the IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful project delivery. Oversee the IT transformation budget. Select the right digital opportunities, make the right investments, scope requirements and deliver results based on proof.Lead the IT Separation Management Office, coordinating efforts to ensure a smooth and effective separation process. Part of the role is also a s uccessful oversight and management of the IT transformation budget and project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective governance.
Who you are:
- Strong communication skills (written and oral), structured way of working and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of market standards and best practices in the IT governance environment (COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, ISO27001).
- Expertise in financial / budget management and project portfolio management.
- Good stakeholder management skills and good Experiense in IT Goverenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues efficiently.
- Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and pivot as necessary.
This role is subject to a transfer to GNMI with the business unit in August.
