Your Role
In your role as PMO for the Data Tower in Lumina, reporting directly to the Head of Finance Transformation within the Chief Finance Transformation and Strategy Office (CFTSO), you will play a key role in coordinating the Data Tower initiatives and ensuring seamless delivery across the portfolio. You will work at the forefront of finance digitalization across a broad range of topics (e.g., Master Data Quality, Technology Platform, Future of Work). You will maintain strong program standards, prepare high-quality materials for critical meetings, and drive selected topics within the tower end-to-end.

As a trusted partner to Lumina leadership, you will drive alignment across teams, enable fact-based decision-making, and support consistent operational practices across the Data Tower. Your core responsibilities include preparing and coordinating governance meetings (e.g., Tower and Lumina leadership meetings, Steering Committee), maintaining robust documentation of key decisions, and ensuring transparency throughout governance activities. You will also oversee and continuously improve key steering tools—including contributing to the development of a PMO agent.

By proactively identifying and driving opportunities for operational improvement, you will enhance the tower’s ability to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with Lumina’s strategic ambitions. Your role is essential to safeguarding the integrity of the tower portfolio and enabling successful delivery at every level. You will role-model a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across the team.

Who You Are

• Degree in business administration, project management, finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) and min. 6 years of project/program management or PMO experience, ideally within a complex organizational environment
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, balance interests, and drive alignment across diverse groups
• Strong understanding of governance structures, meeting facilitation, and structured decision-making
• Strong analytical abilities, including experience preparing metrics, reports, dashboards, and/or decision papers
• Confident working with collaboration and program tools (e.g., documentation, planning and reporting tools)
• Proactive, structured working style with a collaborative mindset
• Practical experience with Agile methods and concepts is preferred
