
Labware LIMS Technical Product Owner (m/f/d)

We are looking for a proficient and dedicated Labware LIMS Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) to join our team in Prague or Unterschleissheim and take the lead in driving the technical development and optimization of our Labware LIMS software.
This is a permanent , full-time and hybrid role.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritize technical requirements for the Labware LIMS system, including integrations, customizations, and performance enhancements

Define and communicate the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Labware LIMS software, aligning with the overall product strategy and industry standards

Work closely with development teams to prioritize technical features, create detailed technical user stories, and ensure the timely delivery of technical enhancements

Conduct thorough technical analysis and feasibility assessments for new features and enhancements, considering factors such as system architecture, scalability, and security

Drive continuous improvement of the Labware LIMS system through technical innovation, optimization, and adherence to best practices

Serve as a technical expert on Labware LIMS, providing guidance to internal teams and clients on technical capabilities, integrations, and system performance
Qualifications: (Education minimum requirements subject to change based on country)

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field

Demonstrated experience (3+ years) as a Technical Product Owner or similar role for Labware LIMS or comparable laboratory informatics systems

Strong technical understanding of laboratory informatics, LIMS systems, data management, integrations, and regulatory compliance within the life sciences or healthcare industry

Proficiency in agile methodologies, technical user story development, and product lifecycle management

Experience with software development processes, including API integrations, data modeling, and system architecture design

Familiarity with Labware LIMS or similar LIMS platforms, including technical configuration, customization, and performance optimization
