Job Description
As Omnichannel Enablement Lead (Director) (m/f/d) , you will define and drive the omnichannel enablement strategy for one of our most important European markets. You will lead the evolution of marketing technology, campaign execution, customer journey orchestration, and omnichannel capabilities that enable more connected, scalable, and measurable customer engagement.
As a member of the Germany Digital, Data & Analytics (DDA) Leadership Team, you will lead a team responsible for Campaign Execution and Marketing Technology while partnering closely with commercial, medical, IT, compliance, and global stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring the organization has the capabilities, processes, and technology required to support both the existing portfolio and an ambitious launch agenda.
Your Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the omnichannel enablement strategy and roadmap for Germany.

Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for campaign execution and marketing technology.

Drive excellence in campaign delivery, customer journey orchestration, and omnichannel activation across brands and business units.

Own the local marketing technology roadmap and ensure successful deployment and adoption of key enterprise platforms.

Partner with commercial, digital, CRM, analytics, and IT teams to enable integrated customer engagement capabilities.

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of marketing technology, workflow, automation, and personalization solutions.

Ensure effective integration of systems, processes, and data across the omnichannel ecosystem.

Support launch readiness by building scalable omnichannel capabilities that accelerate commercial execution.

Represent Germany in regional and global discussions, influencing enterprise roadmaps and capability development.

Establish governance, performance metrics, and operational frameworks to ensure business value realization and continuous improvement.
You Wil Bring
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Extensive experience in omnichannel enablement, marketing technology, commercial operations, digital activation, campaign operations, or related areas.

Proven people leadership experience, including talent development, coaching, performance management, and organizational development.

Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within matrix organizations.

Strong experience defining strategic roadmaps and influencing regional or global stakeholders.

Deep understanding of omnichannel engagement, campaign execution, customer journeys, marketing automation, CRM-enabled engagement, and marketing technology ecosystems.

Experience leading technology deployment, implementation, integration, or transformation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders.

Fluent English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.

Experience with enterprise platforms such as Veeva CRM/Vault CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Workfront, or comparable marketing technology solutions.

Experience supporting product launches and commercial transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and digital operating models.
