Your mission

Au sein des laboratoires de contrôles qualité de notre usine de Gien, rejoignez l’équipe en charge des activités d’analyse et contrôle physico-chimique de nos matières premières.

Vous évoluez dans un service caractérisant des produits à statut médicament, cosmétique et dispositif médical dans le respect des exigences qualité, délai et coût.

L’objectif de cette alternance est de travailler à la validation des témoins utilisés en chromatographie phase gazeuse pour la caractérisation des arômes.

Après une phase de prise en main, vous étudierez l’analyse des différents arômes concernés et réaliserez les études décrites dans le protocole.

Vous participerez également à des analyses de matières premières.

Les techniques d’analyse physico-chimique disponibles au laboratoire sont variées : dosages, Karl Fischer, densité, viscosité, spectrophotométrie UV, dissolution, CPG et HPLC…
