The Position
The Group SHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) department is dedicated to enabling Roche's people to deliver patient outcomes without compromising the planet. Operating within a matrix model, Group SHE utilizes Chapters for functional expertise and Networks for program execution and delivery, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to global SHE initiatives.
This crucial Audit Program Lead role within the SHE Intelligence Chapter is designed for a highly experienced professional. You will be instrumental in developing and executing a world-class global audit program focused on SHE assurance, leveraging your extensive auditing expertise to shape and guide Roche's SHE priorities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in audit practices across the organization.
The Opportunity

Design, lead, and implement global audit programs aligned with Roche's SHE strategy.

Develop scalable, data-driven, and risk-based audit frameworks that integrate advanced technologies.

Deliver the annual SHE audit plan and oversee comprehensive SHE audits globally.

Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in auditing practices, implementing innovative solutions.

Collaborate effectively within Roche's and the department’s matrix structure, engaging various Chapters and Networks/Squads.

In the scope of projects, lead, mentor and coach diverse audit teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Represent Roche in international forums, shaping and advocating the company's position on SHE audit matters.
Who You Are
-
A certified ISO lead auditor with at least a Master’s degree in business administration, science, engineering, or a related field.

Possess extensive experience in auditing, with a strong preference for expertise in SHE, and a proven track record of leading global audit programs and teams.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a matrixed, international environment.

Familiar with AI and data analytics tools in auditing processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a second language (especially Chinese or Spanish) being an advantage.

Willingness to travel up to 25 to 40% of the time to various Roche sites globally.
