As Bioanalysis & Biomarker Outsourcing Manager Clinical Drug Development within our Translational Medicine Unit (TMU), you'll support outsourced activities in clinical trials and act as the key point of contact for external biomarker activities. Ready to get started?
Within Sanofi's Translational Medicine Unit, you will be part of the European Team driving critical bioanalytical and biomarker operations that accelerate clinical drug development. Main responsibilities:
- Manage external partnerships for bioanalytical and biomarker activities, serving as the primary point of contact for CROs and external vendors
- Oversee project execution including budget predictions, management and tracking to ensure clear understanding of biomarker operations and their impact on projects
- Monitor quality delivery of PK, ADA bioanalysis, assay development, validation and sample analysis processes to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Translational Medicine subteams, Central Labs, and sample management teams to execute biomarker plans for clinical studies
- Ensure seamless operations by working with Procurement, Legal and support functions to develop RFPs and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Apply and optimize Environmental Sustainability by Design principles into development of new products
About you:
- Experience : Strong background in biomarker and bioanalytical technologies with experience in clinical sample analysis
- Technical skills : Good knowledge of GxP regulations, troubleshooting capabilities, and ability to identify issues related to external vendor study activities
- Soft skills : Excellent communication abilities and collaborative mindset for working with multiple clients and support groups
- Education : Degree in biology, chemistry or related disciplines with pharmaceutical environment experience, preferably in regulated bioanalysis or clinical biomarkers
- Languages : Excellent English language skills are mandatory

The salary range for this position is :€79 104,00 - €105 472
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
