As a Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for upgrading and orchestrating our digital shelf strategy, ensuring optimal content delivery and performance across various platforms. You will lead change management initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive content optimization to enhance product page conversion rates and overall eShopper experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy.

  • Design and build a robust single point of truth of inventory, incl. text and digital assets leveraging PIM/DAM/GRIP systems.

  • Optimization PDP and campaign material at the retailer level.

  • Orchestrate content delivery and coordinate final sanity checks.

  • Create premium brand store content and campaign materials using Photoshop, Figma, and GenAI tools.

  • Adapt master content to various formats, including banners, videos, carousels, comparison tables, Q&A sections, assets, headlines, call-to-action, newsletters, and banners.

  • Monitor and optimize KPIs such as conversion rates and Profitero scores to improve visibility and engagement.

About you


  • Experience : 2 years’ experience in eCommerce copy writing or content project management. At least 3 of the following: Proficiency in Healthcare/FMCG, Familiar with PIM/DAM/GRIP/Figma or Photoshop, Broader understanding of eCommerce and Digital ecosystem (Understands ecommerce algorithms, how to influence them), Knowledge with Digital Shelf solution providers execution in market (Consumer Healthcare or FMCG background is a +)

  • Soft and technical skills : Figma or adobe creative cloud content creation and adaptation skill. Strong hands-on experience of digital shelf execution with concrete achievements (Management of tools, Content creation & adaptation, SEA/SEO). Entrepreneurial spirit and action oriented. Experience in SCRUM or PIM/DAM/Webshops backend is a desired plus.

  • Education : University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Media.

  • Languages : Fluent spoken and written German as well as English
