Lead and develop a team of social media experts

Define and evolve the global social media framework by establishing channel strategies, content principles, and governance guidelines to ensure consistent, scalable, and brand-aligned communication across social platforms

Translate segmentation logic and orchestrated programs into social media content and interaction approaches by adapting messaging and formats to support engagement and conversion contribution

Manage and optimize social media channel performance by analyzing engagement, reach, and audience behavior metrics to improve content effectiveness, active community engagement, and interaction quality

Manage social media performance by establishing KPIs, reporting structures, measurement approaches, social listening insights and tracking standards to enable data-driven improvement of social media effectiveness

Align social media activities with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Corporate Communications, and Branding by ensuring consistent messaging and content alignment to enable coherent cross-channel engagement and content effectiveness

Advance the social media ecosystem by introducing new channels, tactics, content formats, and platform capabilities
What will convince us

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
-
Several years of experience in digital marketing with focus on social media management and content in a B2B environment with a proven track record in improving digital engagement outcomes

Proven track record of developing and implementing a global social media strategy in a corporate environment

Strong understanding of social media channels and how they support customer engagement across the digital journey
-
Experience with enterprise social media management platforms and analytics environments
-
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data and derive optimization actions
-
Proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, Product Management, Branding, Corporate Communications, and cross-functional teams in complex matrix environments

Fluent in English
