
Regional Business Lead - Germany
Description
The role of the Regional Business Lead (RBL) is to ensure the successful commercialisation of the customer’s lead product for Metastatic Uveal Melanoma. The RBL will be responsible to achieve the business objectives within the given geography. The RBL will be responsible for managing the sales and regional promotional budget while leading the promotion of the product in the given geography. As part of driving demand, the RBL will build long-term relationships with targeted treatment centers and stakeholders including but not limited to Medical Oncologists, Nurses, and Ophthalmologists.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, target, and build strategic relationships with key accounts that have high-value potential.
- Develop customized solutions and contracts to meet the specific needs of key accounts.
- Conduct regular reviews and analyses of key account performance, taking corrective actions as
- needed.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to maximize reach and impact within key accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external partners to develop marketing materials like
- brochures, digital content, and presentations.
- Manage assigned annual promotional budgets in accordance with the strategic plan.
- Propose and oversee promotional commercial events that align with strategic goals.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions through a CRM system.
- Ensure submission every15 days of all expenses into SAP Concur
- Work collaboratively with the Business & Intelligence team to analyse performance data and
- adapt strategies as needed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Educated to Degree Level (BSc) minimum, MSc, desirable
- Full Valid Driving License
- Extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Sales, Account Management or Healthcare
- Development Management at a National or Regional Level.
- Experience in dealing with market access and payors in the geographic area.
- Experience leading the execution of regional advisory boards.
- Track record of performance and delivery to sales and market share goals.
- Experience in the launch and commercialisation of Oncology therapeutic drugs in geography.
- Experience in melanoma strongly preferred (uveal or cutaneous).
- Experience in promoting infused biologics and/or Immunotherapies targeted at Oncology diseases
- strongly preferred.
- Understanding of external laws, codes and company policies that apply to the healthcare industry
