FP&A Partner Germany

Make your mark for patients

We are looking for an FP&A Partner Germany ( m/f/d) who is detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical to join us in our Finance team, based in our Monheim office in Germany.

About the Role

You will be working in a team that provides financial support and guidance, evaluates and interprets financial data, and leads the budget and planning process. This role involves regular interaction with business partners to review financial performance and ensure financial and operational objectives are met.

Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Insights-to-Impact (I2I), and business leadership. You will also work closely with the Record to Report (R2R) team and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Provide financial support and strategic guidance to business partners.
• Lead the budget and planning process for Germany.
• Conduct monthly financial performance reviews and variance analysis.
• Develop and interpret relevant analytics across business functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial governance and accounting standards.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare analytical reports.
• Support the month-end close process with variance analysis.
• Review monthly expenditures to ensure proper coding and alignment with budgetary goals.

• Several years of experience in a similar role within a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to manage stress and work effectively under deadlines.
• Experience with Excel, SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in German
