We are looking for a Trainee Marketing Solutions Osteo & Rheuma (m/f/d) who is structured, communicative, and understanding to join us in our Marketing team, based in Monheim am Rhein , Germany . This position is offered on a 1-year fixed-term basis.

About the role

You will assist the Marketing & Digital Solution Lead Osteo & Rheuma  in developing and aligning all solutions (projects and activities). You will lead individual projects and actively participate in localizing the European strategy. You will contribute to the success of marketing activities in the field of immunology and show collaboration skills with all internal and external stakeholders.

You will be working in a team that is dedicated to the field of immunology, collaborating cross-functionally to find creative and structural solutions that change patients' lives. The team values a strong collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. You will report to the Marketing Strategy Lead Osteo & Rheuma, Patient Impact Germany.

What you’ll do

  • Independently manage sub-projects in marketing and support the team in project coordination
  • Handle administrative tasks (material and contract management, controlling, initiation & coordination of approval processes)
  • Together with Marketing &Digital Solution Leads , build, monitor, and track implementation and KPIs of projects and activities. Measure value and impact.
  • Support teams in project execution by creating suppliers, POs (Guided Buying), invoice processing, and SOP/audit-compliant storage of all relevant data
  • Act as a contact person for suppliers during projects to provide organizational support
  • Manage materials: Initiate and coordinate approval processes with Source Clear, possibly produce (non-digital materials) with suppliers, distribute, and store. Ensure regular renewal of approvals

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on marketing, communication, or healthcare
  • Initial work experience in relevant areas is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English with good presentation skills
  • Team player with a strong can-do attitude
